Administrator: Artforms Sp. z o.o. based at ul. Szałwiowa 1, 15-665 Białystok, with tax identification number NIP 546-139-15-44 and REGON 20088267200000.
Personal Data: Any information about an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors defining physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including IP address, location data, internet identifier, and information collected via cookies and similar technologies.
GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Service: The online service provided by the Administrator, namely www.wikicnc.pl, managed by the Administrator.
User: Any natural person visiting the Service or using the services or functionalities provided on the Service.
DATA PROCESSING IN CONNECTION WITH USING THE SERVICE
In connection with the User’s use of the Service, the Administrator collects data necessary to provide specific services offered on the Service, as well as information about the User’s activity on the Service. The Administrator also processes data for technical, administrative, security, and analytical purposes – in this respect, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The Administrator provides the possibility to contact them via email or a contact form. Providing basic data (name, surname, email address) is required to accept and handle the inquiry, and failure to provide this data will result in the inability to process the inquiry. Providing additional data is voluntary.
Personal data is processed:
- For identifying the sender and handling their inquiry – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of a service contract (art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
- For analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), involving maintaining statistics of inquiries submitted by Users via the Service to improve its functionality.

Cookies are data files, particularly text files, installed on the User’s device when browsing the Service. Cookies typically contain the domain name of the service, the time they are stored on the device, and a unique number.

After the data retention period expires, data is irreversibly deleted.

The Administrator ensures that all operations on personal data are recorded and carried out only by authorized employees and collaborators.
